It's even more beautiful in real life!

Here we go! First watch of 2024, and its a stunner. The finish is really good, including the caseback, screw, strap (including the way the holes have been punched). The dial, ohh the dial....beautiful smoky teal with a beautiful sunburst that plays with the light. Its shimmering depths mesmerize. The hands and indices are sharp, and have their own light-play. The damascus effect is subtle, adds to the glamour, but doesn't overpower or come across as gauche. The fit is beautiful on my slender 6.2 invh wrist. The crown is smooth, no problems at all. And ohh, did I mention the packaging? Beautiful wooden box, strap tool, and extra strap (high quality). Net-net, I simply can't find fault, at least not at this stage. Getting all of this for a shade under 600 US feels like an absolute steal. IMO, any swiss "mainstream" brand would have easily charged twice.

I feel like I made a Wise choice!

It's been a few hrs, and I can't take my eyes of it. Finishing is at par with entry level Swiss IMO. I saw the reviews on Relative Time and one more last year and I have to say "thank you" for introducing me to Wise. Everything that the reviews waxed eloquent about seems to be true thus far. The only negative I can think about is that its bloody hard to capture its beauty in clicks on account of how it plays with the light!
