After 17 years

Celebrating 17 yrs of marrital bliss this wknd. We got married against a lot of odds - life was much more challenging and we were struggling on multiple fronts. Gone through lots of ups and downs since then, and slowly but surely we were able to build a better life together. This is my wedding watch - Titan Edge. Quartz, still beautiful, and still works. Uniqueness - one of the thinnest watches ever made. Cost around 50 dollars back then (at todays exchange rates) which was an expensive gift. I don't wear it a lot these days, but will pull it out this wknd to celebrate our life together. Aah, memories...

Clean design and a modern looking tonneau case.

Very clean look without really being minimalist for its striking shape. No reason not to wear it but I understand. My wedding watch doesn’t get much wrist time but I’ll never part with it. 🤝

For being one of the biggest producers of watches in the world, we don’t see much Titan here. Kind of a shame.

Great story and good looking watch. Congrats!

Happy anniversary! I wish the two of you many more years of happiness.

That's a super handsome watch! Do you know what the model is? I've been curious to experience the thinness of the edge series, but none of the designs really connected with me until seeing this one.

Thank you! I think it says something like 1044SBC. FWIW, I am attaching a few more pics of the watch in case it helps you hunt it down.
