Sketch for an Art Deco watch design
When I started drawing this it wasn't supposed to be Art deco, I just went with the flow, this is the result, feel like I could have done more, but wanted to finish it up so I can move to the next one to define my style better :)
Now I ask you: what do you think/like/not like?

Honestly, you don't need to do more. Simple is good and it has plenty of decoration and light blue with the white is beautiful. Love the moon phase too. Put that face on a beautifully decorated movement and clear case back and you have a real winner.
I'm generally not interested in the more ornate retro dial designs, but this one actually works pretty well for me. I certainly like how subtle and casual the moonphase window feels. I wonder if filling in one or both of the hands would change things by adding a little more visual weight to them, helping them to stand out better.
Is the symbol for 1 on the dial being a Roman numeral I intentional? Seems a bit weird to me since 11 is ii which is really 2. Otherwise looks amazing!!!
Looks really good reminds me of fp journe chronometre bleu but better 🤔💯I'll buy one if it's not bleu money 😬🤣

Just patience :)
I did not take into account any movement, this makes me free to do what I want with the dial and have complete creative freedom, I think tanking a movement into account would be the natural next step for the new ones :) a new challenge
