I bought three pieces of dw-291, two with a gold screen and one with a gray one, for warehouse stocks. I decided to use a module with a yellow-green-gold screen because... When looking at the screen, the watch has a warm appearance, it is more pleasant to look at, and it looks a little more old school. but the overall look is better with the module, which has a regular gray screen, but I don't really like looking at it because it looks cold, especially in a fully polished case. The polished bracelet makes the watch look very shiny. I will order several rubber and leather bracelets, I haven’t decided what color yet. I don’t know why people choose matte and colored options, in my opinion, the polished option is much more practical, I have no problem removing any scratch in five minutes, but with a colored or matte case I will have much more problems. With this watch you definitely won't have to go to watchmakers, whom I really don't like. Any repair with one screwdriver. Having the Casio dw-1000 and Casio tw-7000 in my collection, I am sure that in the next 50 years there will be no problems with these watches either, especially since the modules fit from several models at once. because I decided not to insert a plastic frame between the module and the glass, the module is pressed closer to the glass and the back cover with the piezoelectric element does not reach the spring and the contact on the back of the module, the contact needs to be bent a little and the spring stretched a little, no problem, just with your fingers, to have more control, preferably rubber fingertips for watchmakers, so as not to leave grease on the contacts, which will then promote corrosion. If possible, it is advisable to lubricate the rubber gasket between the body and the cover. The white plastic of the module on the front side under the glass is not as noticeable in everyday life as in the photo, in combination with the steel case, i.e. a plastic or any other frame between the module and the glass is completely optional and the look is even more interesting. you get an exceptionally rare watch that you definitely won't find on the street made of good materials, excellent readability, excellent power reserve, better maintainability in any conditions and independently, you finally don't advertise anyone on your wrist and don't see other unnecessary text every day . skxmod has finally made a watch (case) that Casio hasn't released yet, it's safe to say that you will most likely throw it in the ocean due to the fact that it can last forever. :) thanks to everyone who recommended them here previously.
