my backcountry buddy - here to stay
I’ve been debating if I should replace Sinn EZM3, my hiking/backpacking watch, with something new.
A diver watch felt a little out of place in mountains.
After studying many potential alternatives, I concluded I should stay with EZM3.
EZM3 has 2 features that I couldn’t be sure if any alternative can meet.
- It is tested to be reliable down to -45*C
- Dehumidifier preventing condensation
With these features I can feel safe taking it out to backcountry in the extreme cold.
So it will stay as my backcountry buddy😊

Very good decision! The Sinn is just great.
I love my Sinn’s, and thankfully you made the right decision! 😅But if you do ever want to look for another great German brand for the mountains you should consider Damasko, who used to make cases for Sinn.
