The superb Seiko SARB033, but to be even more technically accurate, a LEGO StarWars Obi-Wan Kenobi watch as a kid.

Speedmaster Professional, THE iconic watch I think of when I think of luxury and history. That, or the Grand Seiko SBGA413, Spring Drive + Stunning Dial = Perfection.
