I love both chronographs and the Rolex Explorer and within the last two years purchased both a Lorier "Gemini" and a Traska "Summiteer" and I love them both. I think there are enough differences and brand personality in each piece that makes it different and not an homage. With that being said In the last year I've purchased a Rolex OP and a Tudor BB 41 Silver Dial and love them both and still wear the other two microbrands I mentioned. I would still consider getting a Rolex Explorer even thought I've got the Traska.
