Don't have an opinion, I definitely saw some watches that didn't need the Cyclops eye, but then again I judt won't buy it. As for Rolex, I think it's an integral part of the brand identity.

Cannot explain it, but the watch I love the most at the time is always in the center slot of my watch box.

As for the discussion, I usually wear what I feel like wearing at that time of the day or if I'm teying to match outfits. Most of my watches are divers, so I just pick whichever one I find interesting. Lately I've been wearing the Seiko SSC813 very often.
Okay, that's fair, didn't know it was scripted. In my case they haven't offered me anything as an alternative, I asked for the Datejust because I prepared two watches I that I liked before going to the AD. Maybe I just made their job easier or maybe I have an actual chance. Either way, I'll keep pestrring them if needed.
