I don't believe you can. The OEM bracelet from Seiko only ever had hollow end links (in line with other budget-end Seiko bracelets at the time - or now, in fact).
Uncle Seiko or Miltat have a SEL Jubilee bracelet option with a milled clasp. I have the Miltat and the quality is great for the cost.
