Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
Wife got me a fossil I wore every day. It wasn't until I got my first automatic, the orient bambino, that I started to love only autos. I still have the fossil I started with but it is the only non auto in my collection. I love the mechanics of the autos. Also love open case backs because I love to see the mechanics in motion.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Fossil quartz watch, blue dial with a brass colored case. Came with a nice leather strap. My first auto was my orient bambino with the cream dial. Loved messing with strap options on that watch.

Chinese movements are actually pretty damn good.....
