Update: Online research indicates that this belt watch was intended for golfers, to avoid shocks that can ruin a watch. It was during those time when shock resistance was not yet common to these small calibers.
Don't mind which model to choose from or which complication. Just buy the one that you like aesthetically, the rest will be history....
