Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Lange 1815 up/down or Lange big date. I have a serious soft spot for German watches (own - but gifted to my son - a Nomos, own a GO, own a Junghans) but view these two specific Langes as defining their respective archetypes. Need to earn another milestone to mark!
