Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I bought a Seiko SKX007 right before a vacation trip to Greece. That was the start down a slippery slope.

Timex Marlin, back around 1970. I wish I still had it.

One of my watches is from my father. It was given to him by his employer in 1960 after 25 years service.

Buy what you like. Avoid buying every latest watch that the YouTube influencers are hyping.

Q: What is your grail watch and why?
There is no such thing as a grail watch. By definition, that would be an ethereal, legendary watch that can never be found.
