I found this watch at a local used watch market, being sold for only $40.

What do you think? is this watch genuine?

Rather depends on whether it's a runner or not - a repair/service should be calculated into the purchase price.

I would buy it for 40 if it wasn’t omega ;-) but if it’s working it’s a great find and it should be fairly easy to service if you have a reliable watchmaker.
