Just put a waffle strap on my Seiko Williard. What do you think?

I love the look of the black waffle. Enhances the vintage diver look ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

That works!

It looks great. Iโ€™m thinking of adding a Willard.

That looks nice. The Willard is one of my favorite Seiko's for sure.

It looks like they were made for each other. I wouldn't doubt it, if you said that was a stock set up!

Here's mine with a deployant clasp ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Is that an Artem loopless clasp? If so, how long is it from spring bar to hinge?

Yes it is. I'd guess about 34mm (ISH) from spring bar (lugs) to the closest part of the hinge. I presume that's what you mean.

Very comfortable and neat ๐Ÿ˜

I've had the problem with a few inexpensive deployants that they don't open enough to put the watch on.

Ah, bit the same - big hands with comparatively slim wrists.

My Artem & Omega deployant clasps are both quite a tight squeeze to get on.

As you can see from this pic.

I don't think I even have large hands as such, but yes, exactly that. I have a 20 year old deployant from Hirsch, that and Tag Heuer deployants work fine. (Sorry for hijacking the thread)
