Have always loved the IWC Mark series, but because I have a smaller wrist I've gravitated towards the smaller references. Was able to find this Mark XV last year and couldn't be happier.

I really like the Tetra. It is my fourth Nomos watch (in addition to a Metro, Tangente, and Orion). I find the 29.5mm case wears similarly to a 34-35mm round watch and offers a distinctive look compared to the ubiquitous round watch.

The overall style of Nomos is modern and clean. Their watches go well with both casual and formal attire. The Tetra would work very well in the workplace. The normal white/silvery dials work beautifully with a wide range of straps. The Tetra has drilled lug holes for easy strap changes.

Both the Alpha and Neomatik movements are easy on the eyes and very thin. The Tetra is one of the Nomos with shorter lug lengths and will fit any wrist.

There was a time I crossed over to Buffalo, NY and upon return, the CBSA border agent straight out asked me, randomly, "Did you buy anything while you were in the U.S.?... like a watch?" 😮
