I go by how the watch look and how much I like the look of the watch. I have watches in 40 mm size as well as many in the 46 to 52 mm range. Again it all depend on the look and appearance of the watch

The second hand is diamond shaped and the crown has a special crown cover/guard. I believe the Invicta Subaqua 2 has the same crown cover.
