I would maybe go for the Seiko SRPE53K1, exactly like the 57 that you mention in the poll but with blue dial. I also happen to own it and the blue is, in my opinion, just great, and as you mention that your collection is full of black dials I think is a good go-to. Having that said, the Orient Kamasu Red Dial RA-AA0003R19B is a great watch that I cannot wait to get my hands on, so also great option.
