Although only a “holiday” diver, it adds to the experience wearing a watch made for that…like taking it into its natural habitat. Was a bit nervous about taking an older Sea-Dweller in but that was because I hadn’t thought to get the seals checked first…worked out fine though and one of the memories of the watch was going into the water at the Great Barrier Reef 🙂

Take a look at the Seamasters 225.80 or the 2254.50. Older models from early 2000’s that can be gotten at a discount to sit with your Speedy, they come with the Speedy bracelet and clasps, are much slimmer than the modern SMP and they have brilliant military-sequences sword hands rather than the skeleton used on the Bond and Post-Bond models (always think this is what 007 would have actually worn, more similar to MOD models). Think they’d be great companions for the Speedy.
