Wondering if anyone had a Ingersoll Jazz automatic watch. Like skeletonized watches and this one caught my eye. Or if you detail or experiences with this manufacturer.

Can't provide advice re: that specific watch, but overall there's a love / hate relationship with watches like these from any manufacturer. They're impressive, in that you can see all fun bits inside the watch, and that appeals to many of us watch-nerds. The drawback is that it is quite difficult to actually tell the time given the lack of contrast between the hands and dial/background.
I think you'll love it for what it is, but it will likely not be a daily driver.
I'm firmly in the "it's too hard to read" camp, but it certainly is interesting.
