I love everything boyish. Penknives, torches, Landrover, scooters, and of course watches. I live in Leeds, Yorkshire England and have been collecting watches for about 15 years. I have a couple of skeleton watches. Both bought at the same time. Find it difficult to tell time with. Now they just sit in a watch box and don’t see any wrist time. I would almost class them as fashion watches.
The Hamilton or the Bulova. Both are great watches but not bling. I also have a high powered job. I used to wear bling watches. They always got noticed so I toned it down.
Today I’m wearing a Bell & Ross with a rather worn strap. No one has ever commented on this watch and I’ve had it for ten years. At the end of the day it’s your choice. Wear a long sleeve shirt with cuff links. No one will notice the watch.
