Seiko is probably still value king of the big brands, although the bang for buck decreased a little bit over the last years.
Longines, Tissot and Hamilton have to be on the list, Sinn as well, but if you consider the whole market and what the different brands offer, I might even say Omega and Tudor. Sure, at least three to four times the price of the „usual suspect's“ more expensive offerings, but calibres and overall built quality are also next level.
Also have to mention: This would be (in either vintage or reissue form) easily the most expensive watch in the box, but I would be willing to dig a little deeper in the watch budget for that 🥰
Not really essential. I have to adjust the time when I put them back on the wrist anyways since the watch will normally have spent a couple of days in the box.
