I am old enough to have watches be part of nearly my entire life - long before the conveniences of modern phones. I worked at a small town drugstore in my youth, which afforded me a rotating assortment of cheap, quartz watches as I was growing up - a favorite being a classic Timex Mickey Mouse. Jump ahead to now and I hadn't worn a "real watch" for years - defaulting to the ever-present phone in my pocket. But, a connection between my education/career as a mechanical engineer and the explosion of high-quality mechanical watches has me back wearing again. It's a good time to wear a watch again.

Great to see the white dial out in the wild - along with the color-matching strap. I am debating on the white dial or blue dial of the C60 Trident Pro 300 for my next watch, so seeing real-world examples is very helpful. Thanks for sharing!
That rubber strap is from Clockwork Republic and provides the solid, machined end links for their strap interface. It is one of my favorite features of their straps. It looks seamless with the shapes incorporated into the Seiko Samurai case design.
