Probably need to improve on the strap. It is too stiff and velcro tends to catch on to hairs, lints and threads. The supplied strap is also too short and kids will outgrow the strap in a short time. I would suggest to replace it with a single pass nato and we can cut to size.
I have dropped the Blok Watch an email on this and got a response below.
“The battery should have a 10 year lifespan but can be serviced by a watch maker. There is a design feature in the rear of the watch called a crown or stem release pin. Pushing it allows the stem to be removed. A watchmaker then uses compressed air to pop the lens and replace the battery. It’s not the easiest sounding process but it’s core to the single Blok construction and is a familiar process for a watch repair shop.”
It is a plastic children watch, very different from the normal :)
