I wear my watches at home as well, I never shower with them but I do have a watch I use for sleeping with which is my G-Shock GD-350 primarily for the silent alarm. It's rugged enough to handle a beating while I sleep

I have the SPB121. Another Seiko, beautiful dial and works well as my office watch paired alongside my green tie (which you can vaguely see on bottom left of this pic)
