Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I've always loved a nice watch. Only recently started to see it as another (expensive) hobby!
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
An Accurist of some sort in my teens. I still have it, and it's seen better days!
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
I don't. However I am.in the process of trying to get my Grandma's beloved 1962 Rotary cocktail watch serviced and back to its former glory. (Recommendations for repairers welcome)
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Don't fall for Youtubers and fashion brands. Get what you like as long as the price matches the quality.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Seiko are my latest two purchases.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Breitling Navitimer. As someone with a keen interest (obsession) with aviation, they've always been on my list. Every time I wall past a Breitling shop my fiancé has to drag me away!
