In Singapore, for the males we need to do our individual physical proficient test (IPPT) till we are at a certain age. And if we hit certain requirements, we will be incentivise for our effort in keeping fit.

I know right!! The squarish design of Mido really is very unique. Well if you take a look at how the bracelet is being connected to the body, it can be considered intergrated-ish?? Haha
