If I'm not mistaken, the hour is on the white discs & it appears in the window across the top and the minutes are right above that; so it appears to be like 1:59.

Numbers in circles are hours and will point at the Minutes on top. In my shot, it is exactly 1:59. When it is 2:00 you will see the hour 2 pointing at 0 minutes.
What the heck, I don't even know how to read this 🤣 Nice watch though!
