It wears great! I have a wrist circumference of 16cm and it fits perfectly.

Cheers to you, sir! It does look well-fitting on your wrist. I'm surprised though, that your wrist is only 16cm, as it looks much wider than mine. I have a 6.25 inch /15.8cm wrist, and looking at the Aoraki dimensions (39mm Diameter | 46.5mm LTL), it'll look big on my wrist.

You are right. On paper it seems to big for smaller wrists, but in reality it does wear way better. Nonetheless I would second your suggestion to make a 36mm version. Here is another shot without sleeves:
