Did my very first Casioak with a G-Shock Caution Yellow
First time poster here, a friend pointed me to the site, wanted to show you a watch I completed this week by taking a Casio G-Shock GA-B2100 Caution Yellow, and modding with an SKXMod Gen 6 Ultra. The kit was twice the price as the watch! But I seriously love the outcome... if you are interested, I started a channel on YouTube on the whole scene, this is the video of the SKXMod experience.
I took a G-Shock GA-B2100 Caution Yellow and turned it into a Casioak with SKXMod Gen 6 Ultra!

Looking dangerous! ⚠️ I sourced too my CasiOak mod materials from SKXMOD. Not cheap, but the FKM rubber strap feels so premium and nice to the touch!

Totally, the rubber strap is very well executed. However the thing I am lamenting on now, and I talked about this as something I am cautious about in the video, is now I have the band on, I dont think I can get it off again, and I bought the kit with the metal bracelet and rubber... I wanted to see how both looked, lucky I went with the rubber first, because if I was stuck on the metal, I would have been disappointed.

Same here, wanted to try both thee bracelet (because it looks awesome) and the rubber strap. Unfortunately I’m in between 2 links with the bracelet so I don’t wear it often, as it always is too tight or too loose. Giving it another go today but I’m afraid things won’t change. Can’t compare to the level of comfort the rubber strap offers. I mostly rotate between the mod with FKM strap and the original parts.

Rubber is better anyway IMO.

Cheers mate, that was definitely the intention, I thought the yellow was great, and now I get to layer it, yellow black, yellow etc
