Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
My grandparents gave me a subscription to a magazine, and in there was the stauer that started my collection, which they gifted to me.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
A stauer dress watch
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Yes, but I don’t know the story. I have a Hamilton pocket watch that was in my grandparents basement, which had belonged to my great uncle. The inscription on the back dates to before he was born, and we haven’t figured out the story yet.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Universal Geneve, really like the vintage pieces.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Birth year Rolex cellini, I love the design and birth year makes it all the more special
