Trusted Research Sources

Hello fellow WatchCrunchers! My question for you today is, what do you trust when you're doing your research? What are the resources that you use when you need information? Whether it is buying a new watch, searching the history of an old watch or for finding pieces and parts to get/keep them running. I know YouTube is useful, but which channels do you use (and why!). I have used sites like WatchCharts and WatchBase in the past. If you give us that mysterious place you go to, when you need help, I would be willing to compile it into a list for everyone to use in the future! Just for the record, I will be adding WatchCrunch to the top of that list, because you guys/gals are amazing! Share your wisdom!

I only focus on microbrands:

So YouTube Jody (Just one more watch), granted he does focus on many Chinese Mushroom brand (not hating just stating). But he’s a good start for me.

Then I religiously watch everything Marc from Long Island Watch releases.

Finally I ask my wife if I’m allowed to get X or Y 😅
