You can probably pop off the bezel but I don't think you'd find a replacement for it. Is it an integrated bracelet? If so, you're likely stuck with it unless there's an adapter for that model.
Fixed bezel and integrated bracelet? Nope. You could though rebrush the case, restore the painted numbers on the bezel, maybe even get a replacement crystal with some antireflective coating?
All of that would be easier, faster and cheaper than finding a new bracelet that would fit.
