I wasn't impressed with CW customer service either. If they take their eye off the ball there it won't matter how innovative the designs are... people will look elsewhere. Customer Service is absolutely key. CW... Sort it out

It's a great little movement. I really enjoyed working on it. I'd love to get hold of an 8000 but they're soooo rare.
