Today, I have my Vostok Amphibia on!

I really love the Scuba Dude. I also love the quirks of this timepiece. That the bezel is bi-directional means that this is also a convenient egg and tea timer. At my age, I do not dive that much anymore. Of interest is that I have this on the original bracelet. The one that a lot of people hate. I find it (this bracelet) serviceable and charming.

The scubadude is such an iconic design now, at least among watch enthusiasts, that it is almost a brand on its own. Whoever designed the logo probably deserves more recognition.

I've always like the no-frills 420 case. I does the job, no more and no less, and that is a kind of beauty on its own.
