Rubber B
I was considering a Rubber B but I saw this review of shocking customer service. I’m now reluctant to even consider them. Any thoughts??

I’ve been collecting for a few years. I try to stick to the mantra of buying watches I like and not following trends. I’ve definitely made some mistakes but I try to learn from them.

I have one for my Tudor BB Pro and it’s good.. but if that’s the customer service for a expensive rubber strap, you are better off not spending with them.
I have used Rubber B for a while. The last one purchased was for my Rolex Deepsea. I have never had any issues. I did see this video, and if it took the guy 6 months to notice anything, I don't blame Rubber B one bit for not replacing it. How is he so sure that he did not cause it? I always check everything once it arrives, not wait for 6 months.
