Seiko Sliderule Calculator Chronograph. A pic of the caseback when inquiring about a Seiko will yield info about the month and year of production.

Though real ones exist, these are also heavily faked, especially examples out of India. For more info:

I found Titoni to be an affordable way to collect a diverse range of vintage Swiss watches from a maker that isn't dead or been revived by a new set of owners.
