King Seiko 44-9990 Watch Crystal

Folks,

Does anyone have any sites that they trust for vintage King Seiko watch crystals? I'd like to find a sapphire crystal but I think that might be unobtainium. Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you guys know how thick the glass should be? I am trying to look for a replacement sapphire crystal for my 5606-7080, I can't decide how thick it should be. I don't want it to bulge nor look like it sunk.
