“Brands” always gets the first notice: perhaps for prestige or just a personal reward (e.g., I’m rewarding myself, soon, with a…).
I also look at brands, history, how they look on me, if they will be easy to ‘wear’ with my kind of clothes, if they serve a purpose other than to be recognize
and of course, the prize: can I justify it to me?
Ultimately: will it make me happy wearing it, or just looking at it in my box?
Orient but I can’t remember the model: but this is another one that caught my fancy: dressy & unpretentious. Paid about $300 from a local AD.
I like their design/their ‘looks’ so, I just ordered one; I do hope they last.
Maybe those commenting here had bad experiences with Sturhling? Or may have heard it somewhere?

Hmm, I’ve read bad experiences from some owners, which makes me move away from pre-owned Tudors (BB, GMT, 41); if I finally decide to, I’ll get it from an AD & feel safer.
It is good that they’d replace rather than just repair.
