Always have, always will, love watches. Ever since my Dad bought me my first good watch for my 21st, it getting stolen by island thieves & my motorcycle adventure to retrieve it, I’ve subsequently endeavoured to replace that feeling of wearing a beautiful wristwatch.

A Seiko sports 5 automatic my Dad gave me for my 21st birthda. I loved it. Especially because both my parents had nice Seikos when I was younger. My mum had a gold rectangular woman’s with crocodile strap, very fancy at the time. Unfortunately, some rotten Swiss tourists (the irony) stole my watch from a caravan park shower cubicle when I was distracted & I spent hours chasing them around the vacation island on a moped scooter but to no avail. I know it’s the feeling I got when I received that special watch that I’m chasing every time that fascinates me about timepieces
