Shop from Baltany UK

Hello fellow Crunchers. I have a question regarding shopping from Baltany.uk

I was trying to purchase one of their watches via their uk website (I live in Germany) and selected mastercard payment method. After completing all step and clicked the final buy button, i got an error message and directly an email that make card was frozen due to suspect activity. I unfroze the card after following the steps needed. However, I did not finish the order after all.

Did anyone had ever similar experience with the uk site?

I have bought three watches from Baltany.co.uk using a Mastercard debit card with no issues.
