Does anyone have any reviews about ALBA, they're a sister brand of SEIKO and are starting to turn heads, specially since they are offering automatic watches at a budget.

Yeah, ALBA is a Seiko value sub-brand. Like Lorus. There are some reviews on YT. It means DAWN in Spanish, BTW.

I believe they are regional and mainly available in southeast Asia and parts of the Middle East. That they are available in India is news to me. I believe they are supposed to be aimed more at the youth market. Last I checked, this was forbidden fruit to me, except for a few small resellers.

Ah ! thanks for that info. I did speak to the retailer selling it and he too mentioned that ALBA is starting to make a presence in this side of the world and specially in India. They are also seeing this brand pick up in sales gradually. So yeah ! lets see if i can get my hands on one.
