I came to appreciate the process and machining work that goes into manufacturing watches and the parallels to my career that got me interested in them to start. After that it's an addiction as we all know

It was specifically a Coleman pocket watch that caught my eye when I was young. My very first nice watch purchase was from Vaer, Oris.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Yes, every single one of my watches were purchased for less than 200, according to my girlfriend.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Pick a price range that you feel comfortable spending in and stick with it, there are just so many offerings now days that you will always find something to catch your eye. Leave the spendier stuff for special occasions
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Doxa, Farer, Longines, anything that is vintage inspired or goes bold with color
