Grand Seiko SBGA413 “Shunbun” Cherry Blossom
As we are in the midst of Spring, I couldn’t help but think how nice it would have been to wear this and show up at a park with some cherry blossom. So as I was grabbing lunch one day, I passed by this local AD and decided to go in and see if they had any in store. At first, I was expecting a “no that’s a popular model” or “do you want to be put on the waitlist”? But as I walked towards their four-season display case, I could not believe they had this beauty sitting right there! Apparently someone had ordered it and couldn’t make it in, so they had to put it up for sale. I asked immediately to try it on, and fell in love with how it sits on my small wrist, and how light-weighted it felt compared to my other Seiko’s. This will be my dream watch to get one day…
Just starting my watch collection journey. My belief is that every watch in my collection should represent a milestone or a memory.
