Panerai quick release mechanism

Some people have forgotten that Panerai was out in front of the quick release strap mechanism. Unique and built for divers it’s a fool proof way to change straps. It’s just another thing Panerai gets little credit for putting into production.

I love mine, you can see me posting it all the time!

Wooden toothpicks work best with this quick change system, but I rarely change the strap.

My Panerai Luminor GMT 1088 does not have that system, it has a screw system but it is very easy to change the strap
