On the bracelet, it wouldn't bother me that much. Odds are, I'm gonna do the exact same thing to it in the first few weeks. All of my bracelets and clasps are dinged up from wearing them.

Maybe ask about a discount or credit toward your next purchase... Act disappointed and see if they offer something to make it up to you.

The most expensive watch in our house is my wife's Jaeger-LeCoultre 39mm Master Ultra Thin Date, purchased this year for $7700.

I got my first "nice" watch about 20 years ago: an ESQ 44mm Stratus Chronograph. I still love it and wear it all the time.

I think it looks very similar to the Breitling Super Avenger Chronograph, which is much more expensive.

For me, it's metal handrails. I swing my arms and smack the crystal head on. I've damaged several that way :/
