I'm having a bit of a love hate relationship with the proportions of this Mido Ocean Star lately. Any thoughts on the model?

My thoughts exactly! I think it looks great at a slight angle, and I think that's because it's pretty thin for its size at 11.75mm

I believe so, yes. It clocks in at close to 43mm. I normally don't go over 40mm, but the build quality on this thing is incredible.
