G-Shock battery life
Even though from my name you can understand I like Casios in general, i can't seem to understand why G-Shock batteries die after 3 year but even the cheapest Casio digital has a 7 year battery life.
And even though G-Shocks lik the dw5600 has less features than something like the ae1200, it doesn't last that long.

For me it has depended greatly on the model. For example, I have a 5600 that absolutely eats batteries. But I have a Mudmaster GGB100 that seems to go well beyond the stated specs. It probably depends on the quality of the batteries we install as well.
Not sure why the huge variations exist.
