Time to see for myself what a "better bracelet" is all about.

I always hear people talk about how Seiko's stock bracelets are corner-cutting measures. Having never experienced a quality bracelet, it's time for me to find out what the hype is about. I ordered a Strapcode Super-J Louis. As I understand it, the clasp is a bit beefy but has a lot of adjustment holes. I have a larger wrist (7.75in) so the bigger wrist presence should be fine for me.

I personally think the “better bracelets” are a little overblown. I’ve been on the hunt for a replace OEM jubilee for my SKX013. That jingly jangly cheap bracelet was one of the most comfortable watch bracelets I’ve ever worn.

That being said, Seikos are known for corner cutting on their bracelets and once you get past the $1000 mark, their bracelets kinda suck for that price tier.
