I bought the 38mm (silver dial, like yours) on the rubber strap, then bought the OEM bracelet.

I wear the bracelet 75% of the time, as I'm a bracelet guy, but the OEM rubber strap is money and I'm glad I have it. I wear it in the summer to dress it down a bit. If you can swing it, get the OEM. The deployant is worth the price delta, imho.
